Some of the best pleasures in life are the simplest ones – like sharing an ice cream with a loved one. For a moment in time, nothing else matters the most except savoring this sweet treat. It’s one of my favorite things to do with friends or family in a nice weather, for a bunch of reasons.

Especially during summer when hot heat waves are encircling around us, we jump to the nearby ice cream parlour. The cold and sweet combination that overpowers our taste buds, is like heaven in our mouths.

It comes in variety of toppings and multiple favours. Ice-cream is great for all occasions and can be enjoyed in every way possible. Ice cream covers the wide variety of cravings; chocolate, cold, creamy, nuts, sweet, soothing, etc.
3. Because It Tastes Like "Home."
Eating an ice-cream makes us feel safe and protected. We don’t have to worry or fear for that brief moment of time. It embraces us like our parents does. As they say there’s no place like home.
4. Best Childhood Memory
No matter what your current age is, ice-creams are perfect reminders of our innocent childhood. From what i remember, they were like awards that we use to get for every good deed. They seemed as the best creation. As a child you always thought that the entire world is perfectly good, similarly, the its sweet taste brings that untamed positivity back in our hearts.
5. Keeps Kid Under Control
The extreme ice cream is absolutely perfect for cry babies. Plus it keeps little children quiet! Ice cream is a great way to 'break the ice' when talking to a troubled teenager. It brings a sense of support and trust between the child and his/her parents.
6. Post Breakup Remedy
No doctor can mend a broken heart. But ice cream can do all the tricks. You can cuss your ex or sob over losing him/her over an ice cream cone with your bffs. Its soothing taste gives you assurance that there’s still hope for lovable heart.
7. Its Hilarious To Watch When Someone Eats An Icecream
Ice cream is enjoyed the best when eaten messily. Ice cream is all your face, hands and clothes and still you love it. It adorable and hilarious to watch someone eat and ice cream. You don’t even let its single drop go to waste. You leak the stick or the ice cream box to engross every inch of it's mind blowing taste.
8. It Makes People Smile And Brings Them Together
No matter what we’re doing on a family vacation, it’s always extra special if there’s a visit to an ice cream shop. Just mentioning it gets us grinning and sometimes doing a little happy dance. I’m not sure if it’s that smell of warm waffle cones, or that they have a toasted coconut flavor. Every ice cream parlour visit is legendary for every family.
Honestly, we don’t need a validate reason to try an ice cream. So, stop whining about weight gain or calorie consumption.
